REFUND & CANCELLATION
POLICY
Deposits and payments will be outlined in each client's booking agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement:

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date.

Cancellation requests should be submitted.

Any remaining balance and applicable refunds, if available, will be determined according to the signed event agreement.

If Good Company Cart must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund as outlined in your agreement.
