REFUND & CANCELLATION
POLICY

Deposits and payments will be outlined in each client's booking agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement:

  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted.

  • Any remaining balance and applicable refunds, if available, will be determined according to the signed event agreement.

  • If Good Company Cart must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund as outlined in your agreement.
